Requirements
Must:
- Ideally 5 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently on complex problems with some ambiguity
- Solid business and product thinking
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- Experience with Product Analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Good understanding of experimentation (A/B testing), statistics, and data analysis techniques
- Experience working with data pipelines or collaborating with data engineering teams
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product teams to define, monitor, and investigate KPIs
- Independently scope and deliver deep-dive analyses
- Contribute to product discovery by supporting opportunity sizing, hypothesis generation, and experiment design
- Design and refine behavioral tracking and measurement plans
- Work with data teams to source, transform, and validate data for analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical outputs using various tools
- Run and analyze A/B tests and provide clear interpretation of results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights effectively
- Support and mentor junior analysts
