Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree from a two-year college or technical equivalent
- At least 2-4 years of experience managing mobile devices
- Experience with iOS Apple Devices
- Experience with other MDM platforms (MobileIron, Intune)
- Experience working with cellular carriers
- Experience with MS Windows-based computers and applications
- General knowledge of how different IT systems interact
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
Responsibilities
- Maintain physical inventory of mobile devices, updating inventories of deployed devices and their users
- Approve and deny requests for devices
- Create and maintain reports related to mobile devices
- Manage cellular plans for phones and MiFis
- Troubleshoot device, connectivity, and application issues
- Manage MDM environment
- Manage Apple Business Manager account
