Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who are proficient in Hyper-V within client-standard build processes. You should have strong expertise in Windows Server Clustering and be skilled in configuring Network Load Balancers. A solid knowledge of CIS hardening practices implemented via Group Policy Objects (GPO) is essential. Experience with Active Directory and Certificate Authority management is also required. You should possess advantageous knowledge of enterprise storage solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to collaborate effectively with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless operations. You will automate server provisioning and configuration using tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform. Additionally, youll implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions, including Bare Metal Recovery (BMR). Monitoring server performance and availability using tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, or equivalent client platforms will be a key responsibility. I also require you to maintain comprehensive documentation for systems architecture, processes, and procedures.
