Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant
- Strong ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) experience is highly desirable
- Comfortable working across change and BAU support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to own issues through to resolution
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance the live Oracle Fusion environment
- Manage Core HR employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
- Oversee person management and work relationships
- Configure positions, organizations, and work schedules
- Manage journeys configuration and role/access management using Security Console
- Utilize Transaction Console for troubleshooting
- Handle Absence Management including plans, types, and accrual configuration
- Focus on candidate management and hiring flows for Recruiting (ORC)
- Configure and optimize job requisitions
- Manage learning modules including courses, offerings, and enrolments
- Oversee performance modules including goals, checkpoints, and review periods
- Engage in hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM activities
- Participate in end-to-end implementations and support environments
- Familiarize with quarterly releases and Redwood UI
- Work directly with Oracle Support for issue analysis and investigation
Description
We are excited to offer a long-term contract for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to support and enhance our live Oracle Fusion environment. This remote position offers a daily rate of £410 and falls within IR35. We are looking for someone who enjoys a mix of business-as-usual tasks, optimization, and hands-on configuration across HCM and Recruiting modules.
