Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years Java background software engineering experience
- Solid GUI development using JavaFX or Swing
- Some C++ experience (at least a year)
- Experience with real-time or high-throughput systems
- Comfortable working on Linux
- Relevant degree (or equivalent technical background)

Description
We are Standard 8, actively recruiting a Senior Java/C++ GUI Developer for our defence engineering team in Surrey. Our team is focused on building real-time, high-data systems used in live operational environments. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £85,000 plus benefits. The role requires you to work onsite five days a week, and we value methodical, adaptable engineers who take pride in their work.
