Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Eclipse Proclaim (or another case management system if you’re a quick learner).
- Ability to work with workflows, linked actions, and database management.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Proclaim system, including workflows, templates, and reports.
- Work directly with users and managers to translate their requests into workable, logical solutions.
- Test, release, and support system changes with minimal disruption.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and support live issues until they are resolved.
- Keep Proclaim up to date with patches and upgrades.

We are a long-established professional services client with a strong reputation and a tech-minded outlook. Our Proclaim system is the beating heart of our operation, and we need someone who can keep it running smoothly, make intelligent tweaks, and perform necessary fixes when things go awry. You will join a small, capable IT team where collaboration is key. Our focus is on enhancing the case management system for the users, rather than simply completing tasks for the sake of a list. This is a full-time position with a pay range of £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 per year, offering benefits like flexitime and the ability to work from home.
