Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with WordPress (theme/plugin development, debugging, optimisation)
- Experience supporting or managing Microsoft 365 tenants
- Excellent time-management and ability to prioritise workloads
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical)
- Self-motivated, energetic, and persistent
- Basic IT support and troubleshooting (hardware/software) (desirable)
- DNS management (domains, records, email routing) (desirable)
- Experience with cPanel, WHM, or PHPMyAdmin (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet or exceed project briefs
- Develop, maintain, and optimise WordPress websites (themes, plugins, performance)
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs quickly while implementing new features
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 tenants
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Contribute ideas to improve services, workflows, and future strategy
- Manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines
