UKG Integration Architect

- Leading large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and providing strategic direction to ensure successful implementation and optimization. - Experience as a solution architect for UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation for a multi-country rollout. - Proven track record in delivering end-to-end implementation solutions, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, staggered rollout, and hypercare. - Experience in defining system architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs, and driving technical excellence. - Expertise in UKG Pro WFM modules: Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Dell Boomi, Device Manager; customization experience and integrations with enterprise systems. - Deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, system integrations, and WFM best practices. - Leading technical configuration of Time Tracking, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Accruals, Analytics & Reports, Dell Boomi Integration, Device Configuration, Mobile Configuration, and Compliance. - Leading configuration and troubleshooting for UKG Pro modules: Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Advanced Scheduler, Activities. - Leading integration design using Dell Boomi and other integration platforms. - Strong knowledge of product configuration: work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rules; ability to support updates and build new configuration items. - Designing and delivering high-quality, compliant solutions through system configuration. - UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred). - Experience working as a solution architect for Kronos WFC. - A self-starter able to deliver and adapt quickly to functional and technical requirements. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Must have a learner attitude with minimal supervision. - Good written and oral communication skills and strong team player. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
