Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrate experience in automotive service technical problem solving
- Experience working with and diagnosing automotive complex systems
- Root cause analysis and fault detection handling
- Able to interpret automotive wiring diagrams
- Experience working with and diagnosing LIN, CAN, and BUS networks
- Experience using standard diagnostics tools, oscilloscope, multimeters, scan tools, and the associated technical procedures
- Computer skills proficiency
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Extremely detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Organise, track, and manage incoming technical issues
- Provide advanced diagnostic support to our global network of retailers
- Identify and prioritise both interim and long-term corrective actions
- Interpret and translate complex engineering information
- Identify and rectify deficiencies in existing diagnostic information pathways
- Enable accurate and timely customer issue resolution
