Requirements

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert for resolving complex service issues and handling escalations
- Lead training sessions to upskill team members and ensure consistent service excellence
- Play a key role in shaping service strategy and driving process improvements
- Identify and address shortcomings in business practices, suggesting and implementing improvements
- Accept 24/7 responsibility for service availability, performance, and currency
- Work closely with other departments to enhance service quality and implement best practices
- Undertake analysis of multiple sources of data to identify problems and generate solutions
- Apply software and automation as tools to manage production systems and ensure product reliability
- Monitor, troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve or manage technical issues across various technology products
