SuccessFactors Solution Architect

- Oversee and guide system configuration, data migration, and deployment activities, ensuring solution quality, compliance, and scalability - Provide technical leadership, expertise, and mentorship to project teams throughout all phases of the implementation lifecycle - Maintain SuccessFactors instance management documentation, implement best practices for instance reliability and uptime, coordinate instance refreshes, and ensure communication to stakeholders - Implement and enforce group policies, standards, and methodologies; ensure compliance with security, infrastructure, and data protection regulations, company policies, and industry best practices - Track system performance and optimize configurations for efficiency; troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with SAP support when necessary - Set up the interface technical architecture of SuccessFactors and external systems, including payroll, finance, and third-party applications - Contribute to and maintain Technical Architecture Documents (TAD), technical specifications, integration mappings, and best practice recommendations - Actively participate in design workshops, involve the right stakeholders, supervise build activities, and ensure delivery of interfaces on time, within budget, and to quality standards - Ensure unit testing is completed by integrators and participate in integration testing with third-party application owners - Contribute to post go-live/hypercare support of interfaces and ensure secure operation by monitoring and troubleshooting issues with relevant stakeholders
