Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience (typically 7 years) with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in an architect or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and experience with data models like CMDB/CSDM.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.
- Passion for solving complex problems through clean architecture and platform-native tools.
- Relevant certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) specific to modules such as Risk and Compliance (R&C)/IRM.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the team.
- Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture.
- Collaborate with Business Process Analysts and Developers to create a High-Level Solution Design Document.
- Define and communicate technical solutions aligned with business problems and systems architecture.
- Ensure adherence to technical governance processes and policies.
- Create and maintain a Technical Implementation Roadmap.
- Resolve technical escalations, including response to defects.
- Conduct process workshops and collaborate with client architecture teams.
- Periodically review configuration to ensure platform health and conduct ServiceNow Health Scan.
- Assess instance health focusing on performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security.
- Provide hands-on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected projects.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, products, capabilities, and ecosystem.
- Assist in migrating configuration across instances and support COE in developing training paths.
- Contribute to ongoing best development and solution practices and lead training workshops.
