Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Telecom OSS (Operations Support Systems)
- Proven experience in RAN automation, transport network automation, and end-to-end service orchestration
- Familiarity with service assurance frameworks and zero-touch automation principles
- Understanding of AI/ML-driven operations and data analytics in telecom environments
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and business analysis best practices
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements for network automation projects across Fixed, RAN, transport, and core networks
- Define functional specifications for end-to-end service orchestration and assurance in both fixed & mobile domains
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to design automation workflows and integration points
- Support initiatives like zero-touch automation, leveraging Data and AI/ML-driven operations for predictive and proactive network management
- Document use cases, process flows, and integration requirements for automation platforms
- Act as a subject matter expert for Telecom OSS processes and their alignment with automation frameworks
Description
We are seeking a Solution Architect for Network Automation to join our team in Reading, UK. This is a permanent role that will require you to be onsite 3 days a week. Our ideal candidate will work as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for network automation initiatives, focusing on advanced automation domains within Telecom OSS.
