Responsibilities
- Define and own the ITAM architecture for large-scale environments with 100 software publishers
- Develop a multi-phase roadmap for SAM Pro and HAM Pro, incorporating publisher-specific packs and automation
- Lead design for complex entitlement modelling, contract management, and reclamation workflows
- Implement scalable normalisation and reconciliation strategies for high-volume data ingestion
- Architect integrations with multiple discovery sources and ERP systems to support large publisher catalogues
- Establish governance frameworks for audit defence and true-up processes across publishers
- Drive remediation plans for over/under-licensing and ensure readiness for external audits
- Mentor teams on advanced SAM/HAM configurations and optimisation strategies
