Requirements
Must:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request).
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP) and automation tools.
- Understanding of CMDB concepts and data relationships.
- Experience working in Agile/ITIL environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.
- Experience with additional modules like ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or CSM is a plus.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub is advantageous.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage user roles, groups, access controls (ACLs), and security settings.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and instance management.
- Configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Customize forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and dashboards.
- Implement enhancements aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Support integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Automate workflows and processes using Flow Designer and scripting.
- Assist in implementing ServiceNow modules like CMDB, ITOM, or HRSD (as applicable).
- Provide L2/L3 support for platform-related issues and incidents.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve defects.
- Monitor system health, logs, and usage metrics.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, security policies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
- Maintain documentation including SOPs, configuration guides, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in audits and ensure platform compliance.
