- I have extensive experience scaling systems to handle high throughput and low latency.

- I possess proven experience driving quality, reliability, and operational excellence at scale.

Responsibilities
- I design and build high-performance, stable, and scalable systems for enterprise deployment.
- I lead architecture discussions and planning sessions.
- I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and designers.
- I build scalable, performant, and resilient backend systems to support critical business needs.
- I participate in system design and architecture reviews to influence technical direction.
- I drive software quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
- I contribute to a positive and inclusive engineering culture through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- I investigate and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- I author and review technical design documents, RFCs, and root cause analyses.
- I continuously learn and grow in my engineering craft and domain knowledge.

Description
I am joining a growing team in Dublin, where the Media Client Services and Platform Engineering organizations are expanding. Our engineers are building the next generation of production services that power SiriusXM and Pandora, serving tens of millions of listeners across North America. My contributions will tackle impactful technical challenges, shape the future of our architecture, development practices, and engineering culture. Additionally, I will participate in an on-call rotation to ensure swift resolution of any production outages involving my systems. I have over 10 years of professional experience with primary skills in Scala, Java, and AWS, and secondary skills in Golang, Tibco, and Python.
