Requirements
Must:
- Must have an active Security Clearance (SC) with a validity of at least 3 months for transfer completion.
- Completion of prior onboarding checks is mandatory before contract release.
- Ability to travel to our offices in Leiston and London, as well as to Gloucester or Warrington for in-person ID checks prior to the contract start date.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Service Lead, I am looking for someone who will take ownership of ensuring our services are secure, operable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs. You will work closely with product teams, partners, and agile squads to embed best practices in service management and drive continuous improvement across enterprise-wide platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Championing the objectives of your respective Business Unit and understanding key business processes, regulatory controls, and operational targets.
- Ensuring that all service metrics remain current by using traditional delivery against CSLs/KPIs, introducing balanced scorecards, and implementing continual service improvement metrics.
- Collaborating with Product Owners to set the direction, enhance customer experience, and support seamless engagement between customers, partners, and teams.
- Leading the development of initiatives for intelligent operations, data quality, analytics, and reporting.
- Managing service contracts, critical SLAs, and supplier relationships while safeguarding customer intellectual property.
Description
