Requirements
Must:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) with two mainline certifications (e.g., CSM, HRSD, ITSM, GRC, ITOM)
- Experience with S2P, FSO dispute, and service mapping preferred
- Experience in greenfield implementation of two ServiceNow modules, with strong feature understanding
- Proven ability to develop ServiceNow solutions aligning with business requirements and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical guidance and leadership to development teams
- Extensive experience collaborating with customer stakeholders and enterprise architects
- Skilled in implementing CMDB, discovery, event management, and service mapping
- Proficient in preparing high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documents
- Experience in enabling new features as ServiceNow releases them
- Familiar with ServiceNow features and experienced in preparing customer proofs of concept (POCs) and demos
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles
- Preferred: B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / BSc (Computer) / B.E.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the team
- Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture
- Design and collaborate with Business Process Analysts and Developers for High-Level Solution Design Document
- Define and communicate technical solutions aligned with business problems
- Ensure adherence to technical governance processes and policies
- Provide architectural controls for delivering business solutions
- Create and maintain a detailed view of integrations
- Create and maintain a Technical Implementation Roadmap
- Resolve technical escalations and respond to defects
- Participate in process workshops with client teams
- Periodically review configuration to ensure platform health
- Assess instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, security) through ServiceNow Health Scans
- Review design and code per sprint to ensure quality
- Provide hands-on assistance with detailed design and implementation approaches for selected projects
- Ensure designs comply with licensed modules and communicate any changes to the client
- Maintain expertise in ServiceNow platform, products, and ecosystem
- Assist in migrating configuration across instances
- Support COE in developing training paths for professional advancement
- Contribute to defining best development and solution practices
- Lead training workshops to share experiences across the practice.
