Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Mobile Front End Developer
- 7 years of experience in React native, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience in UX/UI
- Significant experience in CI/CD and DevSecOps platforms
- Experience in Cloud Technologies and Platforms, e.g., Azure
- Experience in secure software design and software security best practices and guidelines
- Experience with a wide range of IT environments, platforms, and applications
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- IT qualification - Degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the front-end build quality of responsive websites/mobile apps using React native, HTML, CSS and JavaScript under frameworks like React.js aligning with software development standards
- Ensure good understanding of DevOps concepts and Azure ADB2C
- Manage app deployment experience in iOS and Play Store
- Understand cloud services like API management (APIM), App service and Azure configurations
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities
- Ensure security by design principles, GDPR and accessibility standards in front-end code delivery
- Optimize mobile applications for performance and responsiveness
- Conduct code reviews and ensure front-end code quality and adherence to best practices
- Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies, trends, and best practices
- Write and maintain technical documentation for front-end code and processes
- Participate in UI/UX design discussions and provide input on user experience
- Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the products interface
- Work in an agile DevSecOps environment
- Utilize modern frameworks and open-source libraries to transform customer experience
Description
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our team based in Dublin, where we offer a hybrid working model of two days per week in the ESB Head Office. This role is designed for candidates based in Ireland and encompasses a 6-month assignment.
