Senior Data Modeller

- Experience of data modelling and working with data in a complex environment - Background in business analysis and/or requirement elicitation - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to communicate with both business and technical colleagues at all levels - Passion for data and an inquisitive mind - Adept problem solver with logical and lateral thinking skills - Experience of conceptual and/or logical data modelling - Understanding of data analytics, APIs, databases, and related technologies - Ability to build conceptual/logical data models that accurately represent data relationships - Experience working with both technical and business teams to elicit requirements - Governance and oversight of data models ensuring adherence to principles and standards - Ability to support change activity and ensure Business Domain Models meet business needs - Ability to learn and adapt quickly - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Software development experience - Experience with SQL - Ability to work with business and IT teams to identify opportunities for improvement - Engagement with other data modellers, data architects, and data professionals - Ability to nurture a data culture and promote data model usage - Experience assisting with implementing data models into change and governance frameworks
