Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce, including both declarative and programmatic skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), particularly Omniscripts, EPC, and Integration Procedures
- Familiarity with Git or a similar version control system
- Background working in an agile/SCRUM environment
- Ability to deliver robust and scalable systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a strong team player attitude
- Attention to detail and capability to work independently
- 10 years of total IT experience
- 5 years of experience leading Salesforce projects
Responsibilities
- Participate in refining and scoping upcoming sprint work
- Assist solution architects with technical design and breakdown of complex tasks
- Be accountable for the timely delivery of assigned tickets, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria
- Conduct spikes and investigations into innovative technologies for future project viability
- Ensure teammates work meets code quality standards through code reviews
- Coordinate with other teams for integrations, ensuring alignment on tasks and APIs
- Work collaboratively with the QA team to investigate and resolve issues
- Mentor junior team members, providing assistance with tasks and problem-solving
