Requirements
Must:
- Overall 15 years of experience in Salesforce technical roles
- Experience in conducting business analysis workshops to understand business goals and processes
- Good understanding of Salesforces technical features and functionalities
- Ability to provide training, support, and guidance to end-users
- Proven track record in monitoring and maintaining adherence to estimates, timelines, and milestones
- Experience in leading and providing technical/analytical guidance
- Capability to manage application developers in designing, developing, and supporting application solutions
- Certification: PD1 is a must; PD2 adds more value
- Understanding of Salesforce object model and relationships
- Experience in custom development, including LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Batch processes
- Proficient in config development such as Flows and layout business workflow
- Knowledge of Bit Bucket or any Version Control Tool
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements
- Transition solution designs and participate in workshops
- Design, support, or re-engineer highly complex application solutions
- Design, create, manage, and update complex data models, user interfaces, application security, business logic, and process automation
- Recommend alternative approaches and best practices while defining technical impact and providing sizing estimates
- Lead Salesforce implementation and provide engagement leadership
- Oversee deployment of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations per best practices
- Work closely with customers to ensure successful relationships and quality deliverables
- Manage project stakeholders, resources, risks, and issues
