Requirements
Must:
- 15 years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect
- Strong knowledge across SAP modules: FI, MM, SD, Logistics, CAR, BW
- Experience with Boots systems preferable
- Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Ability to present technical information understandably to non-technical audiences
- Experience in leading complex SAP projects
- Familiarity with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends
- Experience managing a multi-cultural team across different time zones
Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP architectural flows aligned with business requirements
- Lead the implementation of complex SAP projects, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Serve as the single point of contact for SAP Solution Architecture queries and solutions
- Provide expert guidance to project team and stakeholders on SAP best practices
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools that enhance organizational capabilities
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders
- Liaise and develop relationships with cross-functional teams
- Regularly review design and build delivery to ensure alignment with overall integration architecture
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and align SAP solutions with organizational goals
