Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of leading SAP implementation and upgrade projects. You must have proficiency in SAP master data objects, including material master, vendor master, and purchasing info records. A strong knowledge and experience in operating and handling Inter-Company Organizational data objects, information, and records is essential. Additionally, a solid understanding of data governance principles and data quality management is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desirable qualifications include:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP ICO.
- At least 4 years of experience in SAP P2P and O2C.
- Experience in handling data governance and quality management, as well as SAP master data.
- Previous involvement in SAP implementations and modernization projects.
- Certification in SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain / SAP P2P / SAP O2C.
- Prior experience consulting for global organizations.

As an SAP ICO Consultant, you will provide cross-functional and geographic perspectives on data governance and lead proactive data auditing and lifecycle management initiatives. You will implement data quality metrics and help interpret trends related to data quality in your functional area and geography. Monitoring business conformity to governance rules and policies will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will drive the completion of assigned data auditing tasks and develop consistent procedures, processes, and tools across Integrated Services. Protecting the integrity and accuracy of data to be loaded into the SAP system and articulating the impact of IT design, business processes, and end-user transactions on master data will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with an extraordinary team across geographies, engaging with IT and SME resources to represent Master Data Management (MDM), identify and resolve data and design gaps, and deliver training to educate local data analysts, business process owners, and stakeholders on data quality and governance. The role requires a commitment to 10% travel and necessitates being in the office at least one day a week.
