Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant in VIM
- Experience with two or more full life implementations
- Knowledge of gathering requirements, configuring systems, and testing
- Experience in training and supporting during project go-live and maintenance
- Configuration knowledge in VIM bolt on, Invoice Capture Center, Open Text Archive Server, and SAP AP, AR, GL
- Strong hands-on SAP experience in Accounts Payable
- Ability to work independently and plan tasks effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible with the ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) integrated with SAP Finance (FI) and Procurement (MM)
- Ensure efficient invoice processing, accounts payable automation, and workflow management
- Handle exception management and compliance across SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, and IT teams
- Derive end-to-end test scenarios for the SAP VIM workstream with key stakeholders
- Act as a liaison with clients, product vendors, and QA teams to convert BPD into end-to-end test scenarios
- Work with the client IT organization and Process Owners to ensure system and process integrity
- Drive adherence to the process template and ensure only critical requirements are approved
- Manage testing issues within a program appropriately with stakeholders involved in SAP VIM
Description
We are seeking an SAP Finance (VIM Functional Consultant) for a hybrid role based in Leeds, UK, for a 6-month assignment. As part of a greenfield implementation and the enhancement of SAP applications, you will join our dedicated team to implement new SAP standard retail functionalities.
