Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in Mobile OSS and Product Operations
- Proven experience with SiteFlo-based workflows
- Hands-on understanding of mobile network build processes
- Experience in site onboarding and configuration management
- Strong skills in translating user needs into product requirements
- Ability to deliver scalable and intuitive solutions
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and change management
Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap and design of capabilities for mobile network deployment
- Define product strategy for modules supporting site rollout and integration
- Ensure alignment with RAN engineering and NOC/SOC teams
- Collaborate with ecosystem tools for efficient operations
- Enhance productivity, compliance, and operational efficiency across the mobile network lifecycle
- Oversee the delivery of solutions that meet user needs and business goals
