Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in B2B service operations
- Knowledge in PE Transmission and Resolve-based workflows
- Experience in enterprise service orchestration
- Familiarity with SLA-driven assurance and trouble ticketing
- Skills in workflow automation and incident resolution
- Ability to coordinate across engineering, NOC/SOC, and field operations
- Proficient in translating customer and operations needs into product requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills, focusing on optimizing E2E cycle times
- Experience in managing and delivering complex B2B services
- Understanding of IP, MPLS, Ethernet, SD WAN, and cloud connectivity services
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of platforms for enterprise service provisioning
- Simplify and automate complex B2B delivery journeys
- Enable accurate order capture, design, build, activation, monitoring, and resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness
- Manage service assurance and fault management processes
- Optimize processes to ensure first-time-right delivery
- Enable proactive service quality management
