Oracle Fusion Time and Absence Consultant

- Lead and support Oracle Fusion Time and Absence module implementations - Gather and analyze business requirements related to time entry and approvals, absence plans, accruals, and carryover rules, overtime, shifts, and work schedules - Configure Time and Absence features including time card layouts and rules, absence types and plans, accrual and eligibility formulas, and approval workflows - Conduct functional testing, provide UAT support, and manage production deployments - Provide functional guidance to business users and HR stakeholders - Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scripts - Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Time and Absence, accruals, and eligibility - Support and design integrations using HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, and BI Publisher reports - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to time calculations, accrual errors, and integrations - Collaborate with technical teams on extensions, security roles, and data migration - Support inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, third-party time systems, and absence vendors - Collaborate with business teams to provide functional requirements documentation, configuration, and testing support - Prepare support documentation such as SOPs, issue RCA, and functional design documents
