Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant

- Lead and support Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and rollouts - Gather and analyze payroll business requirements, including earnings, deductions, and statutory components - Manage payroll calendars, periods, and consolidation groups - Oversee pre-payments, costing, and payment methods - Handle retro-pay, balances, and year-end processing - Configure payroll components such as payroll definitions and payroll relationships - Maintain element entries, classifications, and eligibility - Manage balances, balance feeds, and dimensions - Oversee payroll costing and GL integration - Support payroll validation, parallel runs, UAT, and go-live activities - Provide functional expertise to HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders - Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scripts - Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, earnings, and deductions - Design and support integrations using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports - Manage REST/SOAP APIs for various integration purposes - Troubleshoot payroll issues related to calculations, balances, costing, and payments - Support data migration and ongoing data loads using HDL and HSDL
