Requirements
Must:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry
- 5 years of experience in Appian
- 4-5 years of experience in developing enterprise-level web applications using an object-oriented technology stack
- 2 years of experience in designing BPM applications
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team of developers
- Experience developing on J2EE, .Net, and RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)
- Strong logical and analytical reasoning abilities
- Good team player with fluent English communication skills
- Flexibility to travel
- Working knowledge of Networks and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Appian Level 2 Credential
- Telecom domain experience is desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers in project execution
- Design and develop enterprise-level web applications
- Oversee the creation of BPM applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and design
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
- Communicate effectively with global customers to understand their needs
- Identify and implement improvements in project workflows
