Must:
I am looking for candidates with the following qualifications: At least 8 years of relevant MuleSoft Lead experience and 12-15 years of overall experience in IT integration projects. You should have proven expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Flow Design, and API Manager. A strong knowledge of API-led connectivity and integration patterns, such as REST and SOAP, is essential. Experience with integration components and concepts such as DataWeave, CloudHub, and Runtime Fabric is required. You should also have proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Strong problem-solving abilities, technical leadership skills, and excellent verbal/written communication skills are necessary, along with a collaborative team player mindset.
Responsibilities
As a Mulesoft Tech Lead, you will lead MuleSoft integration projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. You will architect and design enterprise-level integration solutions, defining API-led connectivity patterns and specifications. Your role will involve developing, testing, and deploying MuleSoft applications, APIs, and connectors using Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and various connectors. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards. Collaboration with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders will be key as you gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and performant, working alongside QA teams for testing and validation. Managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring of MuleSoft applications will also be part of your responsibilities. You will maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
Description
This role will be based in Windsor, UK, with a hybrid work model requiring one day a week in the office. The position is a contract role that falls inside IR35 and is expected to last for 6 months. We are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of end-to-end integration projects using MuleSoft technologies and is eager to play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying enterprise-level solutions while providing technical leadership to our integration team.
