Linux Administrator

As a Linux Administrator at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), you will join a dynamic team and be responsible for: - Providing specialized support for high-end GPU workstations to ensure optimal performance for computational tasks - Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with advanced troubleshooting to minimize downtime - Installing, configuring, and managing enterprise software solutions on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) platforms, while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and robust security protocols - Conducting performance testing on HPC platforms using custom scripts, analyzing data to identify trends, and providing actionable insights for system improvement - Preparing and presenting detailed reports on system performance, resource utilization, and other critical metrics to stakeholders - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support large-scale projects, offering technical expertise to achieve project goals - Leading meetings and coordinating efforts when required to ensure team alignment and project success - Fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication among project stakeholders
