L3 Support Engineer

- Experience with .Net (C#, VB.Net), VB6, and JavaScript / Vue.js across the application lifecycle - Proficiency with T-SQL and DocumentDB - Knowledge of Swift and Kotlin - Advanced SQL troubleshooting and tuning; data-model fluency for application triage - Experience with REST API integration and debugging - Scripting skills in PowerShell/Shell for automation and health-check/reporting - Familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk/ELK and Grafana - Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow / Jira; adherence to SLA / OLA - Knowledge of daily/shift health checks, exception queues, dashboards, runbooks, and KEDB - Skills in application error triage and recovery, data mismatches, and API failures - Experience in change management, including UAT, release notes, and SOP/runbook updates - Proven ability to resolve repeat failures and drive optimization in processes - Background in the retail domain (desirable) - Experience with cloud-native .Net applications (Azure / AWS) (desirable) - Understanding of web services (SOAP / REST) and microservices architecture (desirable) - Automation mindset with tools like PowerShell or Python (desirable) - ITIL Foundation certification (desirable) - Familiarity with batch schedulers and cloud logging / monitoring (desirable)
