Requirements
Must:
- Familiarity with a variety of integration tools
- Experience with IBM Integration Broker, IBM MQ, and DataPower integration toolsets
- Knowledge of SAP PI/PO, AEM, APIM, and NetWeaver Gateway
- Implementation experience with SAP CPI as middleware
- Confidence with Web Services, API protocols, and schemas such as SOAP and REST
- Experience in the utilities industry, specifically in customer billing system migrations
- Experience integrating SAP back-office solutions or with Kraken Technologies Limited
- Ability to understand both business and technical issues at detailed and strategic levels
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Understand existing integrations and transition them to work with the Kraken platform and SAP CPI
- Support stakeholder management expectations for immediate peers and related connections
- Produce technical specifications and diagrams documenting existing systems and required integration with the Kraken system
- Identify and resolve any issues related to integration in collaboration with Kraken
- Define the overall integration architecture for the Kraken solution while considering reuse where appropriate

As we implement the Kraken Retail Platform, we are seeking an Integration Specialist to join our key Integration team. This position will be based in Coventry, UK, and offers a hybrid work model requiring 4 days in the office.
