Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with experience in MES/MOM technology, specifically knowledge of Aveva/Wonderware Intouch, PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems. It is advantageous to have experience with machine integration and a strong understanding of COTS manufacturing IT applications. Candidates should have experience integrating the factory automation layer with MES and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts, is essential. Familiarity with machine integration through OPC and various interfacing protocols, as well as PLC, SCADA, sensors, IIOT devices, and Aveva Wonderware Intouch, is required. Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus, along with experience in ServiceNow and an understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, and Knowledge Management processes.
Responsibilities
As our Industrial Automation Support Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the support team to understand and resolve issues within defined timeframes. You will provide technical guidance and support to team members while effectively communicating with key stakeholders. Your role will include delivering permanent solutions to recurring and application performance issues, maintaining high-quality and accurate support documentation, and sharing knowledge with team members across the company. You will also coordinate communications between suppliers, OEMs, and business stakeholders, tracking and reporting progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
