Requirements
Must:
- Strong skills and experience in Google Workspace
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Expertise in identity federation and migrations
- Experience with IT integration systems
- Proficiency with migration tools
- Deep technical understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Azure AD Connect, ADFS, Conditional Access, and MFA
- Knowledge of security baselines, data retention, and governance policies
- Experience in conducting assessments of IT infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Lead IT and technical integration and transition
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing IT infrastructure to develop migration strategies
- Configure and manage identity synchronization using tools like Azure AD Connect
- Implement single sign-on (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Perform migrations of various workloads ensuring data integrity and minimal user disruption
- Coordinate DNS changes and set up application integration and security protocols
- Act as an escalation point for complex migration and post-migration issues
- Collaborate with other teams and Microsoft support to resolve issues promptly
- Implement security and compliance measures to adhere to organizational standards
Description
We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer Migrations Specialist for our Dublin office. This role is focused on technical integration and migrations within customer environments. As a contracting position, you will work in-office five days a week. We are looking for someone with a strong background in IT migration, particularly with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality IT solutions and ensuring secure and efficient migration processes.
