Requirements
Must:
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Mac/Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in SaaS systems
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Experience in IT integration systems
- IT support experience in a customer environment
Responsibilities
- Provide IT and technical support to the Dublin office
- Troubleshoot Mac/Windows operating systems, SaaS systems, and Google Workspace
- Install and configure client computer systems
- Diagnose and fix issues related to computers, networks, software, and mobile devices via phone, chat, or in-person
- Respond to client IT support requests
- Meet with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues
- Assist employees with technology questions and guide them through complex systems
- Resolve support requests logged in ticketing systems
- Install, configure, update, and maintain workstations, peripherals, operating systems, and business applications
- Perform routine system maintenance, monitor performance, and manage security
- Ensure system reliability and uptime
- Set up new user accounts and configure equipment for new hires
- Train staff on new technology
- Record support inquiries and resolutions, maintaining internal knowledge bases
- Assist with IT projects, system rollouts, and hardware/software upgrades
- Repair hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems
Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Dublin office as a contractor. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, providing hands-on technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. We offer a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills while serving our employees. This is a full-time position, requiring attendance in our Dublin office five days a week.
