Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in technologies and capabilities provided by Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Knowledge of out-of-the-box capabilities and limitations.
- Direct Debit experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the SCM & Finance modules; willingness to explore other modules.
- Full implementation lifecycle experience of ERP based programs within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of supporting business processes.
- Experience in facilitating workshops to gather and document user needs and translating them into business processes and a product backlog.
- Passion for delivering according to an agile methodology, including planning projects and releases in sprints, and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft stack (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365).
- Relevant functional experience of approximately 5-6 years.
- Overall experience of 12 years in the field.
- Experience working as an individual contributor.
- Experience with Agile Processes.
- Exposure to the Energy Industry is an advantage.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Strong coordination skills and experience with multiple vendor engagement.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with business owners and development teams to refine Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that align with our business needs.
- Advise business stakeholders in terms of transforming their operations in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and translate this into technical requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of F&O projects.
- Manage the design and implementation of multiple functional aspects of the solution.
- Collaborate with the technical team to convert business requirements into customer-focused solutions.
- Conduct functional testing, end-to-end process testing, and integration testing using Postman.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document user needs and ensure they are translated into effective business processes and product backlogs.
