Bev Certification Change Control Management

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of certification requirements for compliance concerning fully electrified vehicles, including both hardware and software. You should possess a solid grasp of change management processes relevant to certification requirements across various markets. Experience with Battery Electric Vehicles certification tests and hands-on experience in change control management for engineering changes, as well as the deployment of those changes for certification, is essential. A background in Electric drive units, high voltage batteries, and charging systems compliance standards is also highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, or a legal education/background is desirable. Additionally, you should demonstrate a strong customer mindset alongside good understanding of regulatory compliance for electrified vehicle systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
