Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA & CX Transformation

- Own the end-to-end project plan, milestones, and delivery across all SAP Activate phases - Establish and manage governance structures including status reporting, RAID logs, and steering committees - Ensure alignment across stakeholders, workstreams, and delivery partners - Lead coordination across functional, technical, and integration workstreams - Ensure delivery of agreed outputs in line with scope, timelines, and quality expectations - Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and the critical path - Act as the primary interface for client stakeholders and programme sponsors - Drive decision-making, manage expectations, and handle escalations effectively - Communicate clearly at both operational and executive levels - Track delivery against plan, effort, and budget - Maintain control over scope and support structured change management where required - Ensure strong delivery rigour and accountability across the team - Ensure effective coordination with customer-led streams including data migration, testing, training, and change management - Provide structure and oversight to ensure these streams are aligned with the overall delivery plan
