Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Access Management and IAM fundamentals, including PAM fundamentals and MFA.
- Deep understanding of SilverFort architecture, agentless MFA and its policies.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its protocols: LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, and including RADIUS.
- Sufficient understanding of Network protocols, firewalls, and proxies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability and liaison with support teams and stakeholders.
- Essential understanding of ITIL practices; Problem, Incident and Change management, and a service mindset.
- Experience or understanding of Azure and Entra ID (desirable).
- EDR and XDR tooling knowledge (desirable).
- Experience in creating technical and non-technical guides and artefacts for stakeholders (desirable).
- Experience in scripting (e.g. PowerShell) and understanding of APIs (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Own, operate and continuously enhance Silverfort as a service on behalf of our client.
- Provide a unified identity platform.
- Serve as the primary authority on SilverFort architecture, policy design and integration with other services.
- Manage escalated support, project enhancements, and vendor liaison.
Description
We are currently recruiting for a Silverfort SME with a strong understanding of Access Management and IAM fundamentals for an exciting contract at our global client in the financial services industry. This role is based in Manchester, requiring three days per week on-site attendance. We offer a competitive rate of up to £640 per day for an 8-month contract starting in January or February 2026.
