Communications Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer on our Communication Systems team, youll shape the infrastructure that facilitates data movement across our satellite network. Youll design, prototype, and enhance the systems and software that maintain connectivity within our constellation. Working alongside engineers from operations, hardware, and software, your contributions will directly influence our space systems functionality. We value curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to grow. Our teams operate from various locations, including California, Glasgow, and Western Europe, so flexibility for late afternoon meetings is essential. Spire adopts a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days in the office each week. Access to US export-controlled software or technology may be necessary for this role, but we will arrange any needed licenses.
