Must:
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer with strong technical skills and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
- A deep understanding of system and infrastructure design, especially with modern workplace technologies.
- Experience with networks and firewalls.
- A solid grasp of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
Responsibilities
As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a vital role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing business requirements to design tailored IT solutions that align with our organizational objectives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Developing technical architecture encompassing software, hardware, and network requirements.
- Preparing documentation, including design specifications, flowcharts, and diagrams.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Liaising with vendors and third-party providers to source and implement solutions.
