- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential for client site visits)

- Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Microsoft Office 2016 / Microsoft 365
- Networking: VPN, VLAN, NAT, DMZ, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016 – 2025
- Office 365 administration
- Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive Administration
- Router and firewall configuration
Desirable Skills (a bonus, but not essential):
- Advanced Windows Server skills (AD, GPO)
- VMWare ESXi / Hyper-V virtualisation
- Microsoft Azure & cloud technologies
- Cisco, Ubiquiti networking
