We are looking for candidates who possess good project management skills, including experience in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of summarizing and conveying technical information effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a keen attention to detail, are essential for identifying and mitigating project risks and issues. A qualification to A-level standard or an equivalent relevant industry qualification is required. You must also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms. A solid understanding of occupational pension schemes and awareness of the relevant regulations is crucial.

Responsibilities
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, I will need you to manage aspects of client installation and pension scheme management. You will provide support in the transition process for onboarding new clients within our group of companies, ensuring that scheme documentation and necessary information are managed effectively. You will collaborate with key internal stakeholders, such as the Installations Team, Client Management, and Finance. Additionally, you will work closely with our Head of Technical, Research and Policy to keep the business updated on legislative, regulatory, and best practice developments in pensions. Key responsibilities will include driving scheme transition activities, managing documentation, overseeing the Client Take-On process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.

Description
This is a maternity cover position for a fixed term of 9 months, requiring 37.5 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday. The location is flexible, ideally within a commutable distance from one of our offices, with the ability to travel to other UK locations as needed.
