Requirements
Must:
- Solid TypeScript skills
- Strong communication skills (interaction with non-technical teams regularly)
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Genuine interest in AI – its workings, potential, and automation capabilities
- Ideally: Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs
- Familiarity with building AI-driven tools or automation
Responsibilities
- Work directly with teams across the business, including sales, operations, support, and marketing, to understand their needs and challenges.
- Transform insights from these interactions into real AI-powered tools.
- Build practical AI solutions using TypeScript.
- Expand our internal ChatGPT-based chatbot.
- Create AI automations to reduce manual workloads.
- Develop tools for analyzing operational data.
- Integrate AI into sales and customer workflows.
- Help different departments interact with systems using natural language.
- Connect LLMs (ideally Claude or ChatGPT) to internal services and data points.
- Solve real business problems by designing technical solutions that reduce friction, speed up processes, and deliver measurable ROI.
