Requirements
Must:
- Third line support experience in a Linux environment
- Proficiency in AWS
- Familiarity with VoIP and associated technologies
- Experience with Raspberry Pi
- Strong networking knowledge
- MSP background (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Jira (nice to have)
- Experience supporting software applications (nice to have)
- Exposure to JavaScript (nice to have)
- Experience with Grafana or similar software (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Provide third line technical support in a Linux environment
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues
- Work with AWS services and handle monitoring tasks
- Support VoIP technologies and troubleshoot network issues
- Collaborate on projects involving Raspberry Pi
- Engage in occasional onsite visits as part of a hybrid working model
- Utilize Jira for tracking and managing support tickets
- Assist in supporting and troubleshooting software applications
Description
We are seeking an experienced Third Line Support Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis.
