You should have a proven background in methodologies and tools, and be skilled in deriving system component requirements from broad customer needs. Proficiency in stakeholder management is essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels. We value a highly analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a versatile professional who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
In this vital role, you will gather and analyze customer requirements for system architecture, feature development, and third-party system integrations. You will represent our company in customer-facing engagements, including requirements gathering, critical design reviews, and integration efforts. Your responsibility will be to convert customer needs into clear, comprehensive software requirements that align with both system architecture and operational objectives. Additionally, you will evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet customer and internal specifications, offer system-level guidance and technical advice to various departments, and maintain a consistent requirements baseline across all departments. Moreover, you will lead process improvement initiatives within the systems team, stay updated with emerging technical topics to support ongoing projects and internal needs, and travel to customer sites worldwide as necessary.
