We are looking for someone with proven experience in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Query, Dataflows, and Power Pages, specifically in creating dashboards and reports. You should possess strong data skills, enabling you to extract, transform, and analyze complex business information. A high proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools for data manipulation and reporting is essential. We need someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience in developing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform environment is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will ask you to design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Query, Dataflows, and Power Pages, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across business processes. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand reporting requirements and develop interactive reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making. I expect you to work closely with stakeholders to create and enhance custom applications, automate workflows, and improve user experience within the Power Platform ecosystem. Participating in data-driven and system development projects while providing advanced analytical insights and technical input will be part of your duties. You'll serve as the first point of contact for IT support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to internal systems and data. Additionally, you'll manage the setup and dispatch of new starter hardware (laptops, mobile phones, and other peripherals) to ensure smooth employee onboarding. Assisting in the preparation of monthly Board Reports in collaboration with the IT & Systems Manager will be crucial, along with maintaining and continuously improving internal data processes to enhance business efficiency and accuracy.
