Requirements
Must:
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Proficiency in Active Directory
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 11
- Familiarity with Office 365 support
- Exposure to network support is a plus
- Azure knowledge (commercial or through online courses) is desirable
- Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions
- Ability to commute to the Winchester area twice a week
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to internal users across 1st and 2nd line
- Resolve a variety of IT issues for our head office and satellite sites
- Assist in the growth and transformation of our IT support team
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and effective support process
- Take on more responsibilities as you progress within the role
Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. This role offers excellent training and progression opportunities, making it perfect for an experienced 1st line engineer looking to step up or an established 2nd line engineer seeking new challenges. We promote a hybrid work model, allowing you to work in the office twice a week and from home for the rest. Our company culture is supportive and focused on growth, with a competitive starting salary up to £33,000 based on experience.
